Brian Warner is the Rolls-Royce Head for the Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing (CCAM) in Prince George County and has been a leader in developing CCAM from the concept phase. In this role, Brian is responsible for leading initiatives to continue developing CCAM while initiating research activities for Rolls-Royce. Brian collaborates with all university and industry members to ensure CCAM becomes a leading applied research center in the United States. Brian served as Chair of the CCAM Industry Operations Board and served on the CCAM Board of Directors for over 2 years. Brian began his professional career in 1985 at Allison Gas Turbines, which was eventually purchased by Rolls-Royce. Prior roles included Head of Manufacturing Engineering and Chief Manufacturing Engineer in Indianapolis, IN. He has held several significant roles in his 28 year career covering the areas of manufacturing engineering, project management and engineering management. Brian currently serves on the Virginia Workforce Council, Virginia Rural Council Board of Directors, Commonwealth Graduate Engineering Program (CGEP) Advisory Board, and a STEM advisory council as part of Richmond’s Future.
